Dobbeltkoncerten bliver en intim koncertoplevelse af to vel-komplimenterende universer der introducerer lytteren til alt det musik og lyd også kan være, i en form, som stadig er radio-venlig og delvist bliver spillet på akustiske instrumenter, som Eriks flotte spil på flygelhornet, og det er den perfekte koncertoplevelse til at komme ned i gear og fordøje dette års Copenhagen Jazz Festival.

Cort Lunde er en duo bestående af Erik Lunde Michaelsen og Thomas Cortes Thorup
De eksperimenterer med nyskabende og fremadstormende musik. Deres udtryk er både alsidigt og komplekst – en slags absurd elevatormusik
Musikken er født gennem en udforskende tilgang, og er kulminationen på mange års samarbejde som duo og i forskellige konstellationer
Albummet, Flora Electronica
Flora Electronica er Cort Lundes debutalbum. Alle kompositioner er dedikeret til en bestemt dansk plante eller blomst, og skal betragtes som et lydmaleri af netop denne plante. Det er en hyldest til den danske natur og dens planteliv
Denne tilgang har været en meget konceptuel proces. Kompositioner er skabt i studiet og baseret på duoens Flora Electronica Tour, som blev afholdt i sommeren 2021. Dette suppleres af foley-lyd fra naturen, bas, trompet og synthesizere
Alle lyde udsættes for forskellige former for bearbejdning, for at skabe refleksion og tanker om vores kulturelle og teknologiske forhold til naturen.
I foråret 2023 har Cort Lunde gjort indtryk på en række P8 -værter og bliver spillet jævntning i radioen med deres single Sump Hullæbe.
Second Sun
Second Sun er instrumentale, minimalistiske og dragende elektroniske kompositioner, der trækker lytteren ind i tætte klangflader, dybe soundscapes og cinematiske temaer.
Second Sun er en del af det Københavnsk baserede label og musikkollektiv Petite Victory Collective.
Second Sun debuterede i sommeren 2022 med albummet Planetary Movement, som definerede projektets lyd og kunsteriske stil med udgangspunkt i verdensrummet, astronomi og science fiction. I januar 2023 fulgte albummet Insomnia Tapes, en spontan udgivelse født ud af en række søvnløse nætter i studiet med improvisation, tape loops og musikalsk minimalisme i centrum.
Det senest udgivede værk er albummet Cyclic Abstractions, som udkom primo marts 2023 gennem Petite Victory Collective.

This concert will be an intimate concert experience of two well-complimenting universes that introduce the listener to all that music and sound can be, in a form that is still radio-friendly and is partly played on acoustic instruments, such as Erik's great playing on the flugelhorn, and it's the perfect wind down after this year's Copenhagen Jazz Festival.

They experiment with innovative and progressive music. Their expression is both versatile and complex – a kind of absurd elevator music
The music was born through an exploratory approach, and is the culmination of many years of collaboration as a duo and in various constellations
The album, Flora Electronica
Flora Electronica is Cort Lunde's debut album. All compositions are dedicated to a particular Danish plant or flower, and must be regarded as a sound painting of this particular plant. It is a tribute to Danish nature and its plant life
This approach has been a very conceptual process. Compositions are created in the studio and based on the duo's Flora Electronica Tour, which took place in the summer of 2021. This is complemented by foley sound from nature, bass, trumpet and synthesizers
All sounds are subjected to various forms of processing, to create reflection and thoughts about our cultural and technological relationship with nature.
In the spring of 2023, Cort Lunde has made an impression on a number of P8 hosts and is played regularly on the radio with their single Sump Hullæbe.

Second Sun are instrumental, minimalist and alluring electronic compositions that draw the listener into dense soundscapes, deep soundscapes and cinematic themes.
Second Sun is part of the Copenhagen-based label and music collective Petite Victory Collective.
Second Sun debuted in the summer of 2022 with the album Planetary Movement, which defined the project's sound and artistic style based on outer space, astronomy and science fiction. In January 2023, the album Insomnia Tapes followed, a spontaneous release born out of a series of sleepless nights in the studio with improvisation, tape loops and musical minimalism at the center.
The latest published work is the album Cyclic Abstractions, which was released in early March 2023 through Petite Victory Collective.
