July 24–27, 2026 | Hodsager, Denmark

Do you feel like everyday life has been moving a little too fast?

This retreat is an invitation to slow down, soften and reconnect — with your body, your senses, nature and other people.

For one weekend, we gather on a private countryside property near Holstebro to create a calm and supportive space with movement, stillness, sauna, shared meals, nature and time offline.

The intention is simple: to help you land more deeply in yourself, feel more grounded in your body, and return home with a little more clarity, softness and connection.

This retreat might be for you if you:
– feel overstimulated, busy or disconnected from your body
– long for a pause from everyday routines and constant screen time
– are curious about yoga, somatic movement, breathwork and nervous system regulation
– want to spend time in nature, sauna, stillness and community
– would like to come alone, but still feel welcomed and held in a warm group setting

You do not need any experience with yoga, movement, breathwork or retreats. Curiosity and openness are enough.

You can expect:
– Yoga, somatic movement & relaxation
– Breathwork & grounding practices
– Silent mornings & sensory nature walks
– Sharing circles & community meals
– Free movement/dance & optional contact exercises
– Cacao ceremony, sauna, wood-fired hot tub & time offline
– Space to rest, reflect, connect or simply be

About Line:
Hi, I’m Line. I’m a psychomotor therapist, certified yoga teacher and deeply passionate about mind-body practices, nervous system regulation and embodied connection.
My work is centered around creating spaces where people can slow down, feel more present in their bodies and connect with themselves and others in a meaningful way.

About the hosts and facilitators:

LUCA HILLEN
Luca’s path has moved through photojournalism, fine art and physical theatre, eventually leading him towards practices that explore presence, movement and authentic human connection.
During his years at the theatre school in Amsterdam, he encountered approaches such as the Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, Tai Chi, Chi Kung and yoga — experiences that shaped his appreciation for slowing down, sensing and relating beyond words.
Today, Luca draws on his performative background to create spaces that invite both playfulness and depth. His sessions often combine movement, meditation, embodied awareness and spontaneous interaction — encouraging participants to reconnect with themselves, each other and the simple joy of being alive.
On the retreat, you will find Luca hosting meditations, various movement sessions and a cacao ceremony.

ALINA STOKBRO LAUE
Alina is a musician, singer and facilitator with a background in dance, theatre and music. She is currently studying Music and Co-Creation, with a special focus on voice and collective creative processes.
Deeply inspired by the intelligence of the body, nature and human connection, Alina is passionate about creating warm and inclusive spaces where people can explore creativity, presence and authentic expression. Her work draws on practices such as contact improvisation, voice work, movement, songwriting and emergent dialogue, always with a focus on listening — to ourselves, each other and what unfolds between us.
At the retreat, Alina will guide a workshop exploring body, voice and collective creativity through movement, nature, play and shared expression.
