Den klassisk uddannede sopran Maleen har skabt en unik lyd med elementer af klassisk, world, rock og nordisk musik og med et strejf af noget meditativt. Hun lader sig inspirere af stærke naturoplevelser og kontraster og har et ønske om at få folk til at stoppe op, spænde af og passe bedre på Jorden og hinanden. Ved koncerten i Metronomen bakkes Maleen op af hendes Århusianske band bestående af Niels Bach Storgaard (el. guitar), Malthe Volfing Højager (cello) og Marius Paschke (trommer).

The classically trained soprano Maleen has created a unique sound that bridges the gap between classical, world, rock and Nordic music and she also puts a meditative vibe into it. She is inspired by contrasts and the magnificence of nature. Maleen wishes to inspire people to hesitate, relax and take better care of the Earth and each other.
